Alphalogic Techsys Limited’s board approved a preferential allotment to Vivaro Enterprises As on : 15-Sep-26  18:44

Alphalogic Techsys Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 18,00,000 convertible warrants to Vivaro Enterprises Limited for a consideration of Rs 30 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 25, as part of a preferential allotment. The warrants, issued under SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2018, entitle the allottee to subscribe for one equity share per warrant, with the remaining 75% of the issue price payable within 18 months.
